We offer double, twin and single ensuite accommodation and our facilities are ideal for groups or families, of up to 5 people. Book both rooms and you have self-contained accommodation with beds for 5 and room for a cot (portacot available) and extra bed if required. When rooms are booked singly, living areas are shared with other guests as in any traditional B&B.
Enjoy a delicious full breakfast for $130 per dbl pn, continentaL breakfast $110 per dbl pn, or supply your own breakfast for $95 per dbl pn.
We offer much reduced rates for children aged between 5 and 12, discounts for stays of 3 nights or more, and further discounted weekly room rates.
Minimum stay at weekends is 2 nights.
Our special rate for booking both rooms as a self-contained apartment for your family or group is: $160 pn for the first 2 nights, $120 pn thereafter (breakfasts extra). (Minimum 2 night stay for this special offer).

These, and the city centre, are also accessible by bus (bus stop 50m away). Across the road is Umbegang Nature Reserve and creek with walking and bike tracks.
