Mummuga and Brou Lakes nearby are excellent for boating and fishing. The house is comfortable and has the basic whitegoods, no TV or phone. Two decks, one looking out on to native bush, barbecue. Three double doors for breeze. Dalmeny shops has a good supermarket, newsagent, and coffee shop 250m from the house. Moderate rental rates ($70 pn +). Prefer family tenants, with suitable references, for two nights or more. Key pickup from a Canberra private address, or by other arrangement, rent usually payable in advance unless o/wise agreed. Reasonable school holidays availability, but much less so in peak Xmas-to-mid-Jan period. (Pets are fine, if kept strictly outside, and inside the fenced yard, although it seems that a minority of dog-owners find it difficult to be honest about this matter)
